In this course, you will learn how to accelerate strategic decision-making, collaborate transparently, and continuously adjust your course to achieve your goals.

The course combines theory with practical examples and case studies from real-world implementations. You don’t need to be planning to become a practicing Obeya expert. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to understand the principles and benefits of Obeya.

Obeya (Japanese for “big room”) is a physical or digital space where key information about strategy, goals, and performance is brought together in one place: visibly, clearly, and in real time. Managers and teams use it to quickly identify obstacles, align priorities, and make informed decisions.
