Obeya Host
The course is based on the 11 principles of the Obeya and organized around four quadrants: Mindset, Alignment, Workspace, and Content. You will learn how to create an open and collaborative environment within the Obeya and coordinate work to deliver results.
The course’s unique format includes one day of intensive training and a follow-up afternoon session approximately three months later, where you will reflect on your practical experiences.

Prerequisites
Successful completion of the Obeya Fundamentals certification exam is a prerequisite for participation in the Obeya Host course.
