Lucid Bay Digital s.r.o. founded
Jan Šrámek and Tomáš Reichmann establish the company with a vision to connect agile thinking, technology, and tangible business results for clients.
2020
Change in ownership structure
Jan Šrámek becomes the sole owner of the company. Lucid Bay Digital gains a clear strategic direction and long-term stability.
Employment agency license granted
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs grants Lucid Bay Digital a license under §14(1)(a) and (c). The company expands its services to include talent sourcing and career advisory.
2024
Product Growth
We help companies deliver value to their customers by promoting the Product Discovery approach, developing product owners and product managers, and helping companies find suitable candidates for these roles.
