Do you want to become a scrum master and don’t know how to start? Then we can offer you a training package built on the basis of our years of experience with the education and development of scrum masters. We will provide you with a series of trainings on Scrum, Kanban, the necessary basics of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) related to agile transformation, introduction to the product owner’s profession and work with the most common tools for managing the agenda of agile teams (Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence). All focused on passing of practical experience that will be useful for your team. This is a one week course, or it is possible to arrange regular one-hour lessons that will be conducted outside working hours.
